Booked a premium suite. Two nice bedrooms, comfy living room and both the balconies had amazing views of Vitosha Mountain. All the amenities you would need are there. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel staff were very helpful. Great location, which was quiet, but only a short walk to most of the sights. Had a great time at this hotel

A modern hotel, with good clean rooms and comfortable beds. The air conditioning is excellent and the room technology is well thought out - probably the best I've seen - ranging from bed-side charging pads on both sides of the bed for phones, controlled lighting and electric curtains. Excellent. Be sure that when you're in Plovdiv, don't stay in a chain hotel, stay here!

The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment planed in advance. It is truly lovely place to spent some quality time with family and friends in otherwise hot weather elsewhere in the country. Perfect place to escape the heat with some perfect mountain view.
