We upgraded to the Master Suite (well worth it) and they dealt with everything quickly and with no fuss - recommending and booking tables at restaurants, to arranging champagne and flowers in the room If driving, recommend booking a parking space - secure and right next door. "We had an amazing stay here in Bruges. Bed was super comfortable, we loved all of the amenities, the location can’t be beat, and everyone working here was friendly & efficient. The hotel is older but it is a historic building which we love. It made us feel as though we were staying during a time long ago. Afternoon Tea was wonderful. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to this beautiful city."

The lobby and hotel bars are historic but most of the rooms are in the annex which were clean and wonderfully modern with a large bathroom. My mother has mobility issues and really appreciated the tub/bench set up in the shower. "
