"Great location and an easy walk to downtown. Nice place overall, pretty clean and comfortable, with real wood floors, nice bathrooms, good water pressure, and an okay hot tub. The HVAC is fairly loud.We did have some trouble with the front door handle. The hosts were quick to offer assistance, but it didn’t seem like a big enough issue to worry about at the time. That changed in the middle of the night when the handle fell apart and set off a screaming internal alarm. Took us a few minutes to figure out what was happening, but we eventually took the assembly apart, got it “fixed,” and restored peace to the house.Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location."

"The property was very nice and clean. We had issues with checking in due to we had the property address but not a room number. When I called the phone number on the property information sheet the person that answered the phone said the this was no longer the number for the host. My daughter found information on the website with the room number on it. We talked to a couple of other people staying at the same location that had the same problem. Right address with no room number issued. They also had to call with delays checking in. Other than that the property itself was great, Close to everything downtown Old St. Charles. Would stay again, but would like the room number before we arrive at the location."
