"All was excellent, had 1 maintenance issue which occurred after 9:30 pm on the final night. I Told staff upon checking out the next morning. Room 228 sink drain line was disconnected. Too late to call for a fix, simply moved garbage can under the p trap. Desk clerk offered to discount the stay until she saw it was booked through Expedia. Nice offer but it did not negatively impact our stay at this property. All staff was friendly, smiling and greeted upon passing any in the halls or front desk area. Suggestion: replace toilet in that room. It is so small, a 2nd grader might feel comfortable on it imo."

"This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. One thing we would have liked in the kitchenette would have been a toaster. Other than that, it had what we needed(coffee, microwave, smaller refrigerator). The bathroom is very spacious with double vanities and a very large shower. The building overall is very nicely renovated as is the room."

"The house was beautifully appointed, with everything we could possibly ask for. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck, and appreciated the mirror for backing out of the driveway! The view of the river and bridge was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The cute little cottage was great. It was clean and pet friendly the doggy door and fenced in yard were a plus. Saw lots of birds and squirrels from the back porch. Had good amenities the cabinets were stocked with daily essentials. Check in was smooth along with check out. Would stay again. "
