"We loved the location, as it was several blocks from both the train and monorail. There was exceptional communication from Linor. The listing wasn’t clear that there were three separate apartments, each had one bedroom. The middle and third apartment struggled to get hot water, and was the smallest. A large built on shelf fell off the wall when we put carry-ons onto it. The third apartment was the largest followed by the first (from left to right at the top of the stairs). All of the apartments had all appliances, and necessities you would need. They were all exceptionally clean and safe! The apts are on the 4th floor with and elevator, but you have another flight once you are off the elevator."

"Staff let me leave my luggage at 11 in morning, and gave me the room key to use after the room had been cleaned (note - reception is closed between 11a.m. and 2) Considering the central location the hotel is very quiet The breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. It hadvarious plant based milks and yogurts The staff generally were very cheerful - not the norm in German customer facing roles The whole stay was a pleasant surprise"
