Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

"Staffs were polite, friendly, and helpful. Services over all was good, but some service members lack of the ability to communicate English make it hard for guest to make proper request. Not all bartender are the same, in term of bartending abilities. Need better beer selection. We only have access to Heineken, Coors, and Presidente. Foods selection and variety was good, but food can get over salty. If you are a light salt eater, you need to beware. Chef at restaurant will cook to the seasoning amount to your taste if you are able to communicate to them and they understand you. Overall, I am satisfied with my trip here. My children and family had fun."

"The experience was worthy. We had a great time as a family and bonded with our kids! The food was delicious and the servers very friendly. There were plenty of activities and it didn’t feel crowded like a cruise. This is a at the beach property. Therefore, If you expect to go to be at the beach regularly, don’t go during the “Sargazo” season because you won’t be able to get in the water. This is not their fault, so it’s up to you if you don’t mind it. At the end of the day, there are excursions to other beaches that will be worth visiting, or maybe a must! The services from the staff were excellent, but the property needs some improvement. I am not sure if something can be done about the “smells” Two in particular in my case: stagnant water and mildew trapped-in-the-cement-walls, inside the room. Being from a Latin American country myself, I understand these things are common for them, but for tourists, this gives a poor experience. I heard from other guests that some kids cut their feet in the pool, due to missing tiles. I did feel that myself, but had not accident. Finally. If you expect a “first world” fast-paced service, prepare yourself to slow down and wait. I noticed this is cultural. Everywhere we went in Punta Cana was like that. People took their good time to serve you. So be prepared and show up twice as early if you are in a rush. At the end of the day, vacations mean to slow down. And that’s was their answer when I gave them my feedback."

"Everything went well with our stay, staff was super attentive. I must say hotel is pretty big which can be overwhelming but theres stuff to do or eat mostly everywhere so its worth exploring.overall we had a good stay and will definitely come back!"

"Overall, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It would have been nice to have more family activities for older children and parents. The restaurants and cafe offerings were decent, but there were issues with making reservations online. The room was cleaned daily, however the cleaning occurred at random times. Also the washcloths were not replenished frequently, and too few were available."

"I loved the hotel, at first when you come in , it smelled sooo nice and fresh, the staff very polite and helpful, the restaurant very delicious food, the best one to me is the Mexican restaurant called ATL. Shout out to Maria the house keeper, Daniella, and Alexis my personal butler. I will definitely visit again . Oh the snacks I never tasted such delicious snacks, and am a good cook. the spaghetti from room service, soo good. Thank you very much for such a good time."
