"This hotel was very nice and easy to walk around. Overall it was great and clean. Room was nice and big for what you got and overall view of the resort was lovely from the 4th floor. There is some maintenance around the place that is taking place that they need to work on. That is why I say that it is a 4 star and not 5 for this resort. I believe they will need to work on this a bit to bring things up to spec so that when people are looking around that everything is perfect. As for the buffet, if you want a lot of great options for food, this is the perfect place to go too. It gives you and your family great options to pick from. Everything is good, very helpful people and lots of options to pick from. Morning, mid day and night, all good. One thing that may help is that sometimes the services are also your host, busboy and table cleaner. I belive this slows down the process of having tables ready for the customers right away. As for the pools, all great. Nice view of the hotel, swim up bars and overall great feel of the place. Need more sitting area so make sure you are ready to find some seats for you and the family. Beaches were nice. I was there in June so it was seaweed season, so it is not their fault for that. Overall clean beaches, beautiful sand and walk up food truck for burgers and hot dogs. Very busy though. There are people trying to sell you packages, just get it at the resort. Easier and they were great for the family. Monkey trip was perfect."

"Our stay was great. We had 8 days. The food was really good, had a good service at each restaurant. Edward was our butler he helped us with all our requests. He was very helpful with reservations, our spa appointment, and always responded when we text. Edward searched us out everyday to make sure we had what we wanted. I would recommend him, we will be asking for home when we return."

"Very nice resort. Most of the good stuff is located on the family side of the resort so we had a good way to walk to get to it. Wish they would play music throughout the day and have better entertainment for the adult only section. Housekeeping was not the best. It was hard to get more washclothes and towels at times. Our bathroom was also not cleaned and the tub and sink filled with water making it really hard to use. Overall, very beautiful and nice property it could just use some work."

"Desde que llegamos el trato fue excelente, especialmente la señora Graciela Figueroa, que fue la que nos recibió muy atenta muy servicial nos hizo la reservación en los diferentes restaurantes, las comidas exquisitas el trató inigualable. Todo estaba en orden muy organizado la limpieza, el lugar, la facilidades, las accesibilidad. En fin la pasamos súper superó mis expectativas y la de mi esposo al igual que mi familia. Mi Niño se divirtió mucho no dudo en volver a regresar pronto, así que desde ya comienzo a organizar unas próximas vacaciones. Gracias por la empatía, los servicios y sobretodo la hospitalidad."

"The outside of the resort was beautiful specially the plants / vegetation, the rooms ok but the whole 6 days we ere there we had problems with the bathroom no hot water, a strong smell of sewer even from the shower and clogged drain, the wait for the restaurants was unacceptable but the buffett was great, waiters very nice specially Luis our everyday waiter."
