"The bedsheets were stained, the jacuzzi in the bathroom were super dirty we did not use it. The service was not that great and the food was horrible it practically would go right through you. They did not have a lot of variety in the buffet and everything would finish quick. They denied my partner for wearing a sleeveless t shirts but allowed females wearing the same thing to enter if not even more revealing. Limited bartenders the wait for a drink would sometime surpass 15minutes, other thank Michael Jackson show the entertainment was terrible, the main buffet had upwards to about 2 main course food choices the privileged side had AC but the main area didn’t. I will never come back to Ocean El Faro even if it was completely FREE."

"Resort was okay I been to better Hotel really needs more places to snack and definitely need a better coffee shop with more options the buffets always had a flies around the food pretty disgusting they definitely need more staffing"

"Small all-inclusive resort and not a lot of activities happening throughout the day. Paid for a suit with jacuzzi (we couldn't use it since it was broken) and ocean view (with obstructive view and no privacy for the jacuzzi on the balcony). Food was good and beach and hotel clean."

"The staff is top notch with anything you ask for. Room was clean but there was a damp smell in some locations. Do mind most bars close around 5-6pm and others later. Sports bar is open 24hrs."

"When I first got there it was a little rocky. I talked to guest services and all my complaints were handled right away. Staff was excellent took good care of me. Place was very clean loved the pool. I was there for my 50th birthday. They placed a birthday cake in my room. I loved it! Had a great time good drinks. Some restaurants had good food. We'll be back for the family side."
