We arrived to find no one at reception; the desk is only staffed at certain hours. We tried to check-in using the computer terminal, but it wouldn’t accept our booking reference (the same one sent by email and shown in the Expedia app). We left a message at the desk via the phone and eventually received a call back, but by then it was already late and over an hour had passed. We gave up and booked a room at the APA across the road instead. Two members of our group did manage to check-in, but they said the place felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with shared bathroom facilities. We were promised a REUND, but nothing has happened. STAY AWAY. Had a private bathroom. Having to take shoes off was annoying, especially because the slippers were too small for me. Check in and out was very easy.
