The Nagi hotel is a very small hotel and there was only 2 other units on our same floor. We had a great room with ample space for our luggage and unwinding after a long day out exploring. The housekeeping service was good and it took us a moment to understand how their luggage storage system works but it wasn't complicated and we really appreciated they stored our luggage when we were away. We had a short stay so we didn't explore the neighborhood much but it is about 7-10min walk to Hiroshima station and 3-5 minutes to the cable car style bus station which is convenient for getting around town. I would definitely recommend staying here especially with the room size we had which is great for 2 persons. It was like staying in our own Japanese apartment and less like a hotel. ##### Michelle Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Pheny 26 Feb 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities The hotel room is quite spacious for the four of us (4 adults) and comes with a wonderful range of amenities, including tea, coffee, and more (unlimited). Pyjamas and phone charging cables are also provided. They have spacious bathrooms wich separate from the toilet. Bed or mattress is very comfortable as well as the pillows. There are 2 pillows for each of us. The room is very comfortable and warm. Since we arrived too early for check-in, we were able to store our luggages first, allowing us to explore without any hassle. When we went back to the hotel, our luggages already in our room. The staff is friendly and very polite but I wish they speak in English a little bit more so we can communicate much easier. The property location is close to the car street stop. The rest is a little distance but it's walking distance.
