Modern hotel, very helpful staff and excellent buffet style breakfast on the 25th floor with lovely views of area. Comfortable beds and good shower in bathroom. Hotel happy to look after your baggage pre/post check in/out. Short walk to memorial park. Bus took about 20 mins from railway station.

I only spent one night there, but the room had a good view and was okay overall. However, the walls were dirty and really need some attention. The hotel is kind of old, but it’s very close to everything. There are good restaurants nearby and you can also do some shopping around the area.

The staff was excellent, we received a free tour from Midori-San. She was well informed and very kind. She was practiced Japanese with my son. I would have given the hotel a higher rate but my A/C was broken. They did bring a fan to cool the room off.

The bathroom could use with a really good deep clean. Maybe time to replace the bathtub. The view from the lounge is amazing and was a nice place to rest at the end of the day. Breakfast was good but maybe more in the way of fresh fruit would be appreciated. The location was perfect.

Other than being in a good location, there is very little to praise about this hotel. The rooms were ancient and stuffy. I was flabbergasted to hear that I was not able to control the temperature in the room. It was not a comfortable stay.
