It is just over the river from the South Entrance of the Station with easy access to Buses, Trams, Trains and Shinkansen. The desk staff were very helpful this year as well as last year when I stayed there helping me fill out forms for luggage forwarding. In the attached Café there is a good selection of Breakfast options. Rooms are clean and all the usual things you need are provided.
