The front desk is always manned and staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and really yum. There is a public bath, but fyi they do not allow people with tattoos or body art, and no option to cover them up with a sticker. It’s super walkable to everything and the area has a great variety of dining options and shopping. The hotel staff couldn’t be nicer and they were really helpful and friendly! The restaurant was excellent - a great variety of Western and Japanese breakfast items. I’m so glad they had Hiroshima speciality foods as I wanted to try them since my husband doesn’t eat seafood! All in all a great hotel stay.
