LOVED that my bag was brought to my room. I stored my bag at the hotel and headed out to explore Hiroshima. When I returned, check-in took less than 2 minutes, and my very heavy bag was waiting for me in my room! The internet rivaled dial-up, but the staff brought up a special modem that solved the problem. Lesson: don't get frustrated, ask for what you need! The staff was friendly and very responsive. The location is perfect for those using the train to get to Itsukushima Island. Walking distance to the historical sites of the city. The room was HUGE! I thought the price was expensive compared to other Japanese hotels.
