There was a downpour of rain when we arrived and the staff prepared four umbrellas for us to receive us and walk us to our room. Check in was easy and room was large. We had half board - food was good but probably due to communication problem, we were not served Japanese-style dinner like the local tourists. However breakfast was Japanese. There was a nice onsen too. There was a slight problem in the morning when water was cut off, but it was restored just before check out.
