Le personnel ne parle absolument pas anglais mais fait preuve de bonne volonté. L’établissement est un peu vieillot mais reste très propre. C’était ma première expérience en hôtel capsule et je ne regrette pas ce choix. L’hôtel met gracieusement à disposition tout le nécessaire de toilette, serviettes, pyjamas... l’établissement est par ailleurs très bien situé, au cœur du quartier animé avec une multitude de restaurants à proximité, entre le dome et la gare JR. A recommander pour une nuit et pour l’expérience.
