Decent size room and good layout. The building is close to train tracks but not noisy. Daily room service. Needed to pay $150 yen per person per night for onsen on 10th floor even if you don’t use it, still a great deal! Easy check in/check out process. Overall had a great experience and stay. Room was generally clean except the smell of cigarette smoke lingered. It was not a non-smoking room so it's understandable but it still a bit unpleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful and when I arrived on a heavy rainy night they let me borrow an adaptor for recharging my cell phone.
