"高齢の母を連れての旅でした。
2階とは聞いていたのですが、旧家の階段のため、急で昇降に大変、気を使いました。
宿の紹介に高齢者は階段は注意などの文面を記載して欲しかったです。
また、鍵が開けにくく、フロントではその説明がなく、困りました。
全体的にフロントの方の説明が簡素だと感じました。
階段と鍵以外は満足です。"
