What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. About 7 -10 minutes by bike. See the map showing our location and proximity to the beach. Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. By bike, our home is about 10 minutes to Harbour Town or 15-20 minutes to South Beach. What size is your house? Our single level home is about 1,800 square feet. Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, the home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home! The bikes provided were great, the pool was perfect after a day at the beach, and house was just what we needed. They have plenty of towels, games, floats, beach gear, etc and that saved us a ton of time/money/worry. This was the most relaxing vacation we've ever taken with our kids and a large part of that was this rental. We hope to be back! Management was responsive, kind, and just genuinely SO helpful. 10 minute bike ride to the beach (my 6yo happily road to/from which is a testament to how easy it is) - you truly are a 10 minute bike ride or a 10 min drive from literally everything you need. ##### Rachel G. The house is clean and decorated perfectly! Little things-like liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, and cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink-were thought of and left in supply. The provided pool towels were helpful. The provided bikes were awesome! The beds were all very comfortable. The TVs in every room were convenient and very easy to operate. The Sea Pines Beach Club is an easy 1.5 mile bike ride on trails, but there is an even closer beach path prior to arriving at the beach club and that beach access path is less than 1 mile from the house. The pool was fantastic! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything necessary to cook meals. There’s plenty of seating in the living room areas for everyone to watch a movie together. The house is close to Lawton Stables-about a half mile walk. That was nice for the kids to go see the horses, feed the farm animals at the petting zoo, and to enjoy a trail ride. The house was great and we look forward to a return visit. ##### KATIE P. It was clean and well equipped. The bikes were an added bonus. We are a family of 8 there was plenty of room. The kids loved the pool and the added benefit of being on Sea Pines resort and having access to everything the resort offers made for a memorable vacation. We had 6 adults and one teen and it was comfortable for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect! We rode our bikes everywhere (thanks to the complimentary 4 bikes that came with the house and we rented 3 more). We were able to just leave out the back gate and be at the beach in less than 10 min. The house had everything we needed and the property manager was so easy to work with. Check in/out was a breeze. I can’t say enough about how perfect the house was. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hilton Head and wants a house with a pool in an awesome location! ##### Tracey S. We had a wonderful stay at the Hideaway. The house is exactly how it's pictured. We loved the updated open floor plan and all of the extras provided like beach towels, chairs, kitchen accessories, etc. The pool was awesome! We also loved the bikes and rode them everywhere. We just finished our first trip to HHI and despite the gloomy weather, we had a wonderful stay. The house accommodated our family of five plus grandparents perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with serveware, utensils, appliances and pots/pans. We loved having the board game closet - especially the bocce ball set! Despite packing three books of my own - I enjoyed a book from the shelf as well. Our kids (6,6,5) loved riding bikes - we explored all the surrounding areas including Lawtown Stables, trails to look for gators, and even a ride to Harbour town one day. We spent time at Burke's Beach, Caligny, and Sea Pines Beach as well as many hours in the pool (when it wasn't raining!) We ate at Salty Dog, Smokehouse, The Bank, and Hudson's. As well as trying all the ice cream we had time for - Hilton Head Ice Cream was a fave! The neighborhood was peaceful and in a great location for our trip. We couldn't ask for much more than that. JKS Abbott was BEYOND helpful - from the first welcome email to the final departure note. I wish every rental experience was this simple. We hope to be back next year! ##### Ashley M. ---
