The purchase of a Sea Pines Resort gate pass is required by each guest for this property at the gate upon arrival. Rates are currently $9 per day or $20 per week per vehicle. Price may change without notice. Once you obtain your gate pass, there is no additional parking fees. All repeat guests receive $100 off their next rental of five night or more in any of our properties. 595 Wildwood Spa can be found in the world-renowned Sea Pines Resort at 21 Lighthouse Road, lying on the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. In under a 10-minute drive, guests can be enjoying Harbour Town and South Beach Marina, filled with shops, restaurants, and water sports. Just a 10-minute stroll to the beach along the walking/bike path or take the complimentary trolley in season with a trolley stop just across the street. Just a few steps get you into this 1400 square feet condo, the foyer brings guests to the main floor of this 2-story townhouse. The open floor plan welcomes guests in for a warm, relaxing stay. Furnished with a new sectional sofa, the living room is filled with natural light from the large glass windowpanes leading to the deck. The dining area has seating for four at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a family dinner. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, furnished with a king-size bed, a flat screen television with cable, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. The sliding door in the bedroom allows for additional access to the back deck over looking the green. The second-floor bedroom contains two twin beds, flat screen cable television, double closet for storage, and an en suite bathroom with a traditional shower and deep tub combination, toilet, vanity. The back deck has seating for 6 around the patio table and a charcoal grill that must be cleaned by each guest. Additionally, guests can enjoy the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley in season, readily available to transport guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Guests will also have access to the Wildwood Spa community pool and tennis/pickleball courts just steps away from the villa. The key for the gate to access these amenities is hanging on a hook next to the front door. The historic Harbour Town Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and water sports are a ten-minute drive away, providing plenty of activities for the entire stay! We recently stayed here with our family of 5 (kids ages ranged from 5-9) and had a wonderful stay. We were part of a 22 person extended family group and this was the perfect spot for all of us to grab individual rentals that were close so the kids could go from unit to unit. There was plenty of space to spread out and unit had all necessary amenities. They provide regular linens, but be sure to bring your own beach towels. They have beach chairs available and to use which was great. Short walk to the beach/Sea Pines Beach Club. Pool is smallish, but clean and very well kept. Very few units share it, so size was never a problem. Great view of the golf course and nice landscaping all around. Townhome is slightly dated, but again well kept and cozy. The unit really had everything we needed and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again when we return to HHI! ##### Mark R. It is a good location within walking distance of the beach, a short drive to Harbor Town, and next to the 11th green on one of Hilton Head's finer golf courses. Check in and check out was a breeze. I highly recommend the condo for a group of two to four people. We hope to return next year. ##### Dwight M. Beds were comfortable. We stayed 5 days with our 2 college age sons. Enough room to spread out. We rented bikes and rode them to the beach. This condo is absolutely wonderful. We just returned from our stay here and will absolutely return. First and foremost, the entire place was spotless. As a self-proclaimed germaphobe, this is a big deal for me. You can tell the cleaning staff comes in and does a thorough cleaning of the property after it is used. The condo is spacious and well decorated. Linens and towels are plentiful. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for preparing meals if needed. The master shower is heavenly. Our family of four had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The condo is located right on the golf course and a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club which was incredibly convenient. Communication with Keith, the property manager was super easy, and his response time was very fast. Lastly, the view of the golf course cannot be beat. Overall, this condo is a complete win. You should absolutely stay here if you are looking for a clean, well-equipped place to stay with close proximity to the beach while on HHI! ##### Diana R.
