Our villa features 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a washer/dryer in the villa. We are conveniently located in Hilton Head Resort on the first floor of bldg. 4 overlooking the tennis courts. The villa is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and just steps away from the elevator and pools.

The villa sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full and a separate twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Two full bathrooms stocked with blow dryers and towels. The washing machine and dryer are located in the main bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, teapot, pots & pans, dishes & utensils.

The living room has a 50in flat screen smart TV so you can enjoy your Netflix or Hulu. We also offer free wifi and cable TV.

Hilton Head Resort is a gated community that offers many free amenities including 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, indoor hot tub & sauna, fitness room, indoor running track, 6 tennis courts, pickleball courts, badminton court, volley ball, arcade, BBQ & picnic area and an onsite store & deli (open seasonally), along with Coco s Oceanfront Bar & Grill (open seasonally).

Just a short distance to the secluded beach, approx. an 8-10min walk, on the resorts private boardwalk which offers beautiful views of the salt water marsh. The villa includes a new beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for your convenience. A seasonal shuttle to the beach is also available.

For your entertainment, the condo has an assortment of card games, board games, books, tennis rackets and badminton rackets.

Also includes bath towels, linens, starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

Pets/Animals are NOT allowed at the resort.

Conveniently located 1 mile from Shelter Cove with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and next door to the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Palmetto Dunes.

Fun with family

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo! The rooms were very nice, the beach supplies were great, and we enjoyed many meals with the use of the equipped kitchen. The indoor and outdoor pools were fun for our kids to enjoy and the stroll to the beach on the boardwalk was a bit of a walk, but the view of the scenery and possible alligator sightings made it fun for the family on the way. We enjoyed our time away together.

The place had all we were looking for and more. We were there for a wedding and enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Loved the security of the place too. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

We stayed here in late April and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. The condo was perfect and the beach supplies were such a bonus. Our family loved this stay so much my husband is already talking about coming back! The beach was perfect. Such a happy time was had staying here.

Great mini-vacation

Everything was as expected. We had a great stay at this resort. We loved walking the boardwalk to the beach, the indoor pool was nice especially since the ocean is still a little cooler than I like for swimming. The beds were comfortable.

Hilton Head Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for a spring break getaway to Hilton Head. The place was close to all shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed Coco’s bar and food! Our host was very easy to work with, answered any and all questions leading up to our stay as well as super available for anything that came up while we were at their place. Would recommend!

Nice condo and resort

The resort was nice and the multiple pools were a huge benefit. If I had to give one compliant the beds are all very loud and squeaky. Small moves even sounded so loud. Other than that the place was clean and had everything we needed.

Family with Littles

My family had a great 3-day visit at this place! My littles enjoyed the bunk bed (thank you for having railings around the top!) and comfortable sofas, I was pleased about the amount of room in the Master bedroom even with a Pack N Play set up for the baby. We found all the kitchen essentials that we expected in order to cook breakfasts, and I loved having a beach wagon ready to go with chairs and sand toys. Overall a great place to stay!

Great family getaway

We have a friend with a unit in a different building so we knew we liked the location before booking. The unit was nice, kid friendly, and perfect for our getaway before school starts. I was initially concerned about the walk to the beach with my little ones but they never complained and even pulling the wagon it wasn’t a hard trek. Probably my favorite part was the sand toys, wagon, chairs, and umbrella being there for us to use and not have to bring from home!

Short getaway

Loved everything about this place. Beach is a short walk and the pools were never crowded while we were there . My kids enjoyed the tennis courts more than anything . Loved how many extras were included with this condo so we didn’t have to worry about bringing chairs , beach toys or tennis rackets . Definitely would go return .

Great little condo & BEAUTIFUL beach

Our group chose this destination with the intention of visiting someplace new each day, eating a lot of fresh seafood, and spending most of our time on Hilton Head's BEAUTIFUL beach- velvety white sand, very clean, expansive beach that never felt crowded even on its busiest days. The water was not very clear, so a couple in our group got minor jelly fish stings during our stay- nothing serious or severe, though. The condo had everything we needed and Carol, our host, was extremely prompt in her responses to any/all of our inquiries. The boardwalk to the beach is awesome and there is a small bar and grill (Coco's) between the beach and the boardwalk if you wish to enjoy fresh, cold adult beverage and apps, or just need access to a bathroom. The boardwalk to the beach is a bit if a hike, so we highly recommend a beach wagon to tow all chairs and beach items in/out. A beach wagon, chairs, buckets, a small cooler, toys, etc. were all provided by this property and host. There is a boardwalk shuttle that runs families in/out to the beach throughout the day, but if you like to search for wildlife (ghost crabs, turtles, small gators, birds, etc.), we recommend the walk. We had everything we needed and had a great experience.

Enjoyable family week at Hilton Head

Overall we had a very good week. We liked the property and the amenities. The weather was great and Hilton Head never disappoints. The pros: We loved the location and the closeness to the beach. We enjoyed the amenities. We liked the pools and enjoyed the bike rentals. The unit was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Coco's was a fun place to eat at the beach. The owner communicated well and quickly answered all our questions. Highly recommend for families. The cons: We were initially disappointed about the cleanliness of the unit. Upon check-in the coffee tables were covered in dust and there were sticky rings where drinks had sat on the coffee tables. There were cheerios on the floor under the coffee table in the corner. The bathroom ceiling fans had so much dust dripping from them that we had to find the vacuum and clean them ourselves. There were no suitable hangers in the closet and stuff was filled to the brim on both sides of the master bedroom closet leaving us no place to hang our clothes. These items should have been addressed by the cleaning staff and aren't a reflection on the property owner. We also found the master bedroom mattress to be very uncomfortable. It appears to need a box spring or firmer foundation. We had five people in the unit and think it would feel too crowded with more.

Good Location, Clean Unit

I was unsure how I'd feel about this property at first, as I like to be RIGHT on the beach, with a view of the ocean. If you are having those worries... it ended up being just fine and I was very pleased. This was a great stay and I'd stay again. This property did not have ocean views, there was a balcony/porch area that overlooked tennis courts... but no views to speak of. It was a half-mile walk to the beach, you have to walk across the resort property and then traverse a quarter-mile boardwalk (which was a very pretty walk) to make it to the beach. What made it better was there is a wagon provided in the unit that you can use to pull your stuff (and the unit has chairs and other beach stuff you can use), or if you don't want to use the wagon, there is a free shuttle that runs every 10 minutes or on the boardwalk area during designated hours. There are several pools on the property, we liked the biggest outdoor pool in the complex closest to the boardwalk. There were hardly any people that use it in the morning but it fills up in the afternoon. Same with the indoor pool. Loved that there was a snack bar at the largest pool. The unit itself was great, TVs in both bedrooms, a living area and dining area and two bathrooms. We also made use of the washing machine. Do bring extra detergent and dryer sheets if you are coming none of that was provided in the unit that I saw. Check-in was easy, connecting to WiFi was easy... everything about the unit was great!

Our first experience to Hilton Head Island and this was a fabulous place to stay! Great location and very safe! Pools and amenities were very clean! Boardwalk to a less crowded beach was an extra bonus! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!
