Close to Coligny Beach and grocery stores. Parking passes weren’t ready at gate but by no fault to owner/host. Although we did t use them, there’s a tennis and a pickle ball court with yards. The communication with the hosts was excellent. Every inquiry was responded to in minutes. The unit is well maintained. It has all the features for a wonderful family visit. The villa was clean, spacious and centrally located on HHI. The onsite pool is very nice and easy access to the beach by the Sonesta Resort. This is our 2nd time staying in the Shipyard gated community. Once again we were able to see the resident alligator outside the pool!
