The ONLY negative is that it is the very first unit inside the gate, which means the view from all the rooms is of the gate house and street. We were happy with our clean everything was and how easily accessible it was to the beach. Appreciated that the house was stocked with spices, dish soap , hand soaps in the bathrooms and laundry pods if needed ( we brought our own) honestly the place had everything we needed and more. We’ve stayed in Hilton Head for various vacations for 20 years, and this property was perfect for a spring beach vacation. The host, Laura, was so communicative, thorough, and responsive. The property is in great condition with all the necessary amenities ranging from plenty of towels and extra pillows to all the right kitchen supplies to make you feel at home if you’re choosing to eat-in. An easy 2-minute walk to the beach for activities while being able to come back and relax on the back porch facing the lagoon filled with interesting wildlife. Loved the beach and ocean so much we never used the outdoor pools which looked great. Beds are very comfortable. All the kitchen supplies we needed.
