Beautifully updated third story villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. Corner unit with private balcony overlooking the resort's meticulously manicured southern charm gardens and tennis. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this gated community, where 24/7 security ensures peace of mind throughout your stay.

Step inside to discover the seamless beachy charm and comfort with an open-concept kitchen and living area beckon you to create cherished moments with loved ones. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite with stand-up shower. The second bedroom offers versatile accommodations with twin bunk beds and a cozy double bed, ensuring comfort for all guests. The second bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway and has a stand-up shower.

Outside your doorstep, a realm of unparalleled relaxation awaits. The resort has two outdoor seasonal pools and an indoor pool for year-round swimming as well as an indoor hot-tub and sauna. Spend leisurely afternoons lounging in beachside hammocks and swings while listening to the sounds of the sea. The resort also has a state-of-the-art gym, tennis, and basketball courts, cornhole, and shuffleboard. We provide a basketball and tennis rackets for guests to use.

Just a 5-minute stroll away, discover the private Port Royal Sound beach, where serene sunsets and dolphin sightings await. While this is only a wading beach, it is great for exploration, whether hunting for seashells and sharks’ teeth, or simply basking in the coastal splendor.

For those craving the traditional beach experience, Driessen and Folly Field Beach Parks are just a quick 8-minute drive away, offering pristine shores perfect for swimming and sunbathing. To enhance your beachside experience, we provide a beach cart, beach chairs, towels, sand toys, and a cooler.

Additionally, Hilton Head's extensive network of bike trails span more than 60 miles and allow you to visit every part of the island by bicycle from our villa.

Family get away

Over all it was Quiet and easy access to the beach, just a short walk. Also short drive to local activities restaurants and miniature golf. I would recommend this property for families.

Short but sweet trip

We had a few days to spend at the beach and chose this beach vibe condo. We enjoyed beach combing and both pools. The condo was very well kept and we loved playing the Hilton Headopoly game. We had a great time.

Spring break visit

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was complete with everything we needed for a great week. Perhaps a new set of knives would be helpful. We have family in Bluffton so this was an ideal location to get to them and to enjoy all that the island offers.

The Sound - Port Royal

We enjoyed staying here , beautiful condo . Enjoyed all the cats , just seeing them , didnt try to pet , just talked to them . The beach area is natural and beautiful. Area is quit except the Airport, but we love planes so didnt mind it at all .

Perfect for us

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it won’t be our last. The setting and grounds on Port Royal Sound were perfect for our family. We overlooked the tennis courts which we used every day and the beautiful uncrowded beach and marshes provided quiet walks and exploration. The condo, which we would rent again, was comfortable, undated and clean.

1st Time on Hilton Head Island

We were so looking forward to our first visit to the island. I sorted through so many places, always returning to this property, and let me tell you, the listing is 100% accurate! It's a good location with convenient pools and a wonderful beach to watch the sunsets! Great for active adults. The condo was so clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything you need is very close. We enjoyed Folly Field and Burkes beaches, as well as Sea Pines Forest Preserve. It's not far to Savannah. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay at the Spa!

Girls trip

Loved the pool, location is off beaten path, nice and quiet from people. Noise from airport is there but not a problem. The cleanliness of condo outside not good. Needs prettied up. The inside could use some tlc. Look up, the walls and ceilings were dusty and webby in main bathroom, dust from vent. The base boards in kitchen not clean. The worst was the balcony, It could use cleaning to remove spiders and webs and clean the floor so it is more welcoming. Overall, enjoyed trip and the condo but could be cleaner.

Quiet and Interesting Family Retreat

I absolutely loved this adorable property. It was truly fun to stay here with my family. The rooms were very thoughtfully decorated and it was fun to look at all the detail that went into it. The trunk of games was a nice touch that we all really enjoyed together. The beach supplies were a huge convenience. We liked the shallow waters of the wading beach but it was a lot muddier and more difficult to navigate than we thought it would be, especially with a small child. A lot of the nearby activities were difficult if not impossible to get to due to being located inside a private community with limited parking. Very strange. The room is located on the far side of the property, quite a walk to the beach and having to walk through the parking lot to get there since there was no clear path through the middle of the buildings. However, the room itself was perfect and I wouldn't change a thing about it. Everything was clean and comfortable and my family was able to relax and unwind.

The place was really nice, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need. The host was great and communicated well and quickly. We arrived early and the host was gracious enough to let us check in a couple hours early (only because no one stayed there the night before). Overall this is a great condo with a great quiet location away from the craziness of the south end of the island. The 3 pools, the beach and ocean all conveniently located in the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. Very private condo a short walk past the tennis courts and pool areas to a cute little beach with lots of nature. 2 pools with lots of vacationing families there. Short drive to main beaches, restaurants and shops.

HHI first timers

Condo was very clean and had anything and everything we could need! Property manager was very nice and made sure to check in with us when we arrived. Condo was beautifully decorated. Property had indoor pool and two outdoor pools, which was nice if one was too crowded. 2 minute walk to the beach was so convenient! The building that the property is located in is a bit dated, but the condo itself was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful condo and beach

The condo was clean, updated and well supplied with everything. The beds and linens were very comfy. The condo complex is directly on the beach and more of an area where the locals go. The beach was not crowded and very natural and beautiful. Lots of shells and turtles!

Amazing Vacation Place!

My Husband and I absolute loved our stay in this beautiful condo! All the comforts of home are provided and Maddy is an amazing host. The check-in process was super easy and we appreciated the added security of gated-access to the property. The beach and views are awesome! The condo is also conveniently located just minutes away from any store you could possibly need...Walmart, grocery, CVS, etc. It's also 15 minutes or less away from several fantastic seafood restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The condo was lovely. We weren’t able to stay at our normal resort during the week of the 4th and was pleasantly surprised that this one was much less crowded- we stayed by the pool the entire time! Side note, because my kids said to add this 😂 there were no surprise stuffed animals for them to take home ❤️

this condo has everything!

We decided last minute to go to HHI for a long weekend. The owner was very accommodating during the check-in/registration process. The condo was perfect. The owners have thought of everything! The kitchen is stocked with all you’ll need to cook a meal. The beach is only a short walk, and we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Thanks again for a great weekend!
