Surf Court 53 is a 2 story townhouse, one flight above street level. The famous Van Der Meer tennis center is located 1.5 blocks from Surf Court. The beautiful landscaped courtyard feature a large swimming pool. Surf Court 53 is perfect for 2 couples or a family. There is a King in the Master bedroom and a Queen in the guest bedroom each with their own private bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal. The condo has a spacious floor plan with a 1/2 bath downstairs. The living room is comfortable with a large flat screen TV, and wireless internet. However there is no charm with this rental, they give one roll of paper towels, two laundry detergent pods (you are required to start the dish washer when you vacate), and little bars of soap for the bathrooms. We really enjoyed this place. It was plenty spacious for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the big comfy couch. The walk to the beach was easy, there's a beach access pretty much right across the street from these condos (you don't need to go to the main Coligny access). The only negative we had was the main bedroom gets little A/C air flow and the 2nd bedroom gets tons of A/C (because it is right above the air handler). Very clean and in a great location. The beach is just across the street. Everyone in the complex was very friendly. A short walk to the beach, plenty of space, and a large pool right behind the property. We were a short walk to Coligny plaza too!
