This unique end unit has almost 2500 square feet of livable space, making it the perfect location for your next family vacation! The main level of the home is stair-free and includes the living area, dining area, kitchen and a king bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area features a large flat screen TV, comfortable furnishings and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area also has access to the patio area, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen features white appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd level of the townhome. You'll find a king room and a twin room, both with flat screen TVs and access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom features a king bed with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also features a private balcony overlooking the back deck to the golf course beyond. This property has plenty of outdoor space with two dining table and chair sets overlooking the Shipyard Golf Course. The Shipmaster area of Shipyard is only a leisurely 15-minute walk or bike ride on the scenic bike paths to the beach. This community has an on-site pool and free tennis. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Shipyard rentals are tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island. The plantation offers 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. This was the worst experience ever! WE have stayed at Shipyard many times and all we can say is Sunset Rentals ruined our Family vacation that we planned all year. We arrived on a Wednesday too clogged toilets. Thursday they said they would send a plumber...we waited all day...no plumber. At around 7:30 pm a guy came out and said he was just inspecting and wasn't there to fix anything. Finally they got hold of a real plumber and he arrived on Friday around 2:15, he said no one should be staying here, showers clogged, toilets when flushed would come up in shower (all three of them), kitchen sink wouldn't drain and the backup upstairs would run down the A/C unit in the laundry room. They finally gave us another home which was all the way in Sea Pines, that home was fine but it was then Friday at 5:00\. Never again will we stay in Shipyard nor recommend Sunset Rentals.
