This spacious and well-appointed condo offers an open-concept floor plan, completely renovated bathrooms, LVP and tile flooring and new furnishings throughout. The beautifully outfitted living area features comfortable furniture, a Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the golf course and lagoon. Enjoy your morning coffee while being surrounded by the low country wildlife and golfers teeing off. Just off the living area is the dining space with seating for 6\. Beyond you'll find the updated kitchen with solid maple and oak cabinets, tiled counters and a Keurig coffee maker. Down the hall you'll find the first of three bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, a Smart TV and a bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with tiled tub/shower combination. The main bedroom offers a king bed, Smart TV and a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This room also has amazing golf course views and access to the private balcony patio. Great location too! My only wish was that there were a few kitchen staples like sugar packets, seasonings, etc. on hand.
