About this property

SunnyDaze-Brand new reno- King bed, Free bikes!

  • Comfortable one bedroom on the second floor overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the balcony. New King bed in July 2023! Flat ceilings, LVP flooring and lots of closet space. We have cable tv in both the bedroom and living room and Wifi. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Private balcony with a limited ocean view. Our villa is located at the back of the building but with quick access to the beach and pool. We have an updated the bathroom and bedroom and a light airy design, perfect for a beach vacation. My wife Kendall and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others. We are always here if needed and available for recommendations. Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This condo was everything we hoped for the week in May we went. We celebrated Mothers Day and my Birthday!! Kendall was absolutely amazing to work with. Very responsive! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! Bed was super comfortable! Great shower!! Could not have asked for more!!

We had a great time at the SunnyDaze condo at Hilton Head. It is fully renovated with an all-new kitchen and bedroom upgrades. (We loved the king bed!) The hosts were very responsive to all of our messages. You can tell they really care about the property and the guests who stay there. If you are a couple with small children, this is the place for you. It’s reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. Go for it!!

Great solo vacay

This condo was perfect for me! Steps away from the beach and short walk or bike ride to the Tiki Hut Bar and Coligny Plaza. I enjoyed riding the bike to explore the area and the pool was very quiet and clean. This was my first solo trip and I felt safe my entire stay. Met lots of locals at the Tiki Hut and enjoyed some live music. Perfect weather and perfect stay! Can't wait to visit again 😎

Great time in Hilton Head

Smaller, dated unit missing some ammenities like dishwasher and supplies, but good communication with property owner over issues. As advertised the bed was very comfortable and distance from beach was fine. Appreciated that unit came with beach chairs and bikes so did not need to rent Thanks!

Perfect weekend getaway spot!

We planned a last minute trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and this spot was perfect! It was in the perfect location for literally everything. The villa was so clean and cute. We had zero issues! This was my first time using Vrbo too and bc of how easy this was, I’ll be using it to book our trips from now on. Thank you Kendall for everything!

Everything was perfect. Just as described. Host was Awesome. Condo is within walking distances to local restaurants and shops in which we enjoyed over the weekend. We even decided to stay an extra night on check out day and our host was super responsive and was able to get us another night! No complaints here! Everything was perfect

This cute condo was located steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligney shopping and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much walks and the beach, sunsets and sunrises, breakfast on the patio and bike rides on the trails. Perfect location for romantic get-away

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and meet up with old college friends. The condo was absolutely adorable. It was very clean, bright and newly updated. It was exactly as described and photographed. The condo building, in general, is in a great location near the ocean and within walking distance to Cologny Plaza and restaurants and bars. The check-in process was so easy, and Kendall touched base with us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit and building.

This villa is in a great location. Seaside villas is one of our favorite places to stay because of the convenient location to the beach and Coligny. Coligny is within walking distance with lots of great restaurants (too many to list), ice cream and shops. Plantations and Skillets are two of our favorite breakfast/brunch locations in Coligny. The villa is as describe, clean and very well equipped with everything you may need. The king size bed is very comfortable. It was nice having shade in the evening on the balcony to enjoy the evening and view. The couch is a little on the older side but was still comfortable for the evenings. The owners were awesome and very responsive! We would definitely rent this villa again.
