This stunning townhome has been updated from top to bottom with all-new flooring, furniture, lighting, a fully redesigned kitchen, modernized bathrooms, and so much more. The open-concept layout creates an inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. The living area features a sleeper sofa, sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted Smart TV, along with access to a private porch overlooking the golf course. Step outside to enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining set, fire up the gas grill, and take in the beautiful fairway views. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with room for three more at the kitchen bar. A convenient desk workspace sits just off the dining room—perfect for remote work or planning your island adventures. The kitchen offers ample counter space, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and high-end touches including a Keurig Duo, food processor, and quality stemware. A newly updated powder room completes the main level. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor.
