Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The first two bedrooms each have a king bed and a sofa pullout. The next two rooms have a king bed. The final bedroom has two full beds. The location could not have been better: steps away from the beach path and the charming shopping center which included a grocery store. So many wonderful features but the absolute best was the side-by-side refrigerators! We had a few minor issues and the property manager was exceptionally responsive. I feel the house had something to do with it. The beautiful view from the huge windows made you feel you were outside! Down below by the pool, the shrubs blocked the wind and made it warm. And there is a sitting-nook down there that also helps with blocking wind! Hot tub was great! I want to compliment the hosts on the quality and amount of outdoor furniture! The kitchen is amazing! Huge cooking kitchen…very well supplied with dishes and cooking tools. The beds were all very comfortable! We all enjoyed that the local restaurants and grocery store are only a block away. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better, and the layout of the house was perfect for our group. It was well-appointed, with a fantastic pool and hot tub that we enjoyed daily. The showers and tubs were very nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—definitely made for a great night’s sleep! We also loved the super short 2-minute walk to Coligny for food every day. The towels were soft, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the way the house was arranged. We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for decades, and I think this might just be our favorite spot yet! ##### holly y. The location was perfect - ocean front, our own pool & hot tub, a very private and beautiful setting. Plenty of room inside the house, a huge professionally equipped kitchen. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this house was amazing and perfect for our family vacation! Spacious and private enough for all to live comfortably together for a week. A little piece of paradise that we were so blessed to experience! This was to be a one time splurge for the celebration of our 40th wedding anniversary and retirement but we will definitely come back to this house! Our entire stay exceeded our expectations...from coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean; dinners on the deck; the well maintained pool and hot tub; short walks to the beach, Jim’s Pool Bar and Coligny Plaza for ice cream, bakery, music and a beautiful park within walking distance! We only had need of our car less than half a dozen times the entire week! The setup was perfect for our family with 3 toddlers and everything was clean and in good repair! We especially loved the turf backyard with putting area.
