Pros: Beautiful house. Very well kept. Great decor. Great location. Pool is fun. Beach is close. Cons: Day 1 we had no AC when we arrived and were relocated to another property. Day 2 the AC guy fixed what he could so most of the house had AC, but the master did not. We spent the week having to use loud box fans in the master, as temperature was near 85 degrees every night. We were told that that was nothing they could do. The ducts had to be fixed and that was out of their expertise. Also, we had to pay for a "parking pass" as we had to take 3 cars and they only include 2 cars in rental. I felt they could have comp that. So, overall, house is beautiful. It should plainly state that the hot tub cannot be heated in the description. The tub is heated from the air. I’m not sure why anyone would design a hot tub this way but essentially it’s useless. My kids were disappointed especially when they could hear neighbors splashing around in their pools and hot tubs in 60 degree weather because their spas could be heated. ##### Sapna D.
