The open concept floor plan features a spacious living area with a sectional sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, Smart TV and two sets of sliding doors leading to the wraparound back deck. Views of the golf course can be seen from the living area, dining area and kitchen. The remodeled kitchen features a large center island, quartz counters, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. Up the stairs you'll find both bedrooms. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, golf course views and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower. Just down the hall you'll find the guest bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. Guests can access the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A powder room is located on the first floor as well for added convenience. A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max. Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty. Shipyard boasts the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry, a laid-back coastal atmosphere and easy access to Hilton Head’s shopping, restaurants and top activities. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
