This condo is a 10 minute walk to Harbor Town so it's very convenient because parking in Harbor Town can be a challenge at times. It's also convenient to South Beach and a trip to Hilton Head isn't complete without a meal at the Salty Dog, a crazy popular place. We selected this property based on the description and location. Here are the pros and cons of this property. Pros: It was a great location. Very convenient to anything on the island. Walking distance to Harbour Town. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. It had newer appliances. The scenery was great. We saw deer several times, one walked right next to the patio. Cons: The description was misleading. It said it was an end unit, which we liked, but in fact, it was the second unit over. The rooms were very dusty in spots like underneath tables and on lamps; The dryer was full of sand and lint; the bathroom door stuck in the master bedroom; there were dirty dishes and silverware, lipstick on glasses in the cabinet; the outside needs some TLC, there are boards missing and peeling paint on the deck and fence. I messaged the property manager after we discovered some of these things. It was on Monday since we arrived late on Saturday and didn't discover some of these issues until Sunday when they are closed. I had to send a reminder and then got a response. By that time, we had taken care of the dishes, etc., so there was really nothing for them to do at that point. ##### Nancy F. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been using Seashore Vacations for decades! Buddy and his team always come through! No matter what we request, he finds it. We just returned yesterday from an amazing 11-stay in HHI. Our unit was private, yet immediately outside of all the amenities. Inside was clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has everything you need. We never wanted for any gadget, utensil, pot, pan or dish. Extra blankets and pillows were provided, along with plenty of sheets and towels as well. The furniture was well-maintained, including the patio furniture and having your own private patio was a delight for entertaining family and friends. We can speak to customer service as well. A chain fell off one of the ceiling fans while we were there and it was addressed very quickly. This unit is 10 minutes from Harbor Town and offers additional opportunities to explore beaches, shopping and restaurants. We even enjoyed a guided tour of the Preserve on horseback!
