Located central to VanDerMeer Tennis Center where Springwood guests and owners receive an hour per day of tennis, based on availability. There is also has an onsite pool and is a block & a half from the beach. The Palmetto Breeze trolley picks up from Springwood's entrance for island-wide free travel. Two bedrooms, one with a king in the primary bedroom and a Queen and 1 Twin in the guest room each have a designated bath with tub/shower combos. The family room has a pull out sofa as well. Reviewer Comments: The unit that we stayed at was comfortable. It had a rating of 10 on the reviews one being that it was extremely immaculate that was not my experience. The appliances were complicated, but finally figured it out. We wanted to go in the pool area to sit in the sun because there’s not many areas to sit but there was no instructions on how to enter. Also in the add they never said pool was closed. The final week we figured it out with the key also found a gate that we could go through to get to the beach faster and I feel it would’ve been helpful if there was a sheet giving that information. It also would’ve been nice if they left dish soap. The soap pumps in the bathrooms on counter were totally empty. I ended up buying soap to refill them. The windows were dirty with cobwebs, but all in all it was a comfortable stay. appreciate you renting to us. when we got there, we were unable to use the patio due to workers.
