This spectacular villa has been renovated with new flooring, painting, and furniture. Walking into the villa welcomes you to an open-concept living area featuring high ceilings and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. The living room is elegantly furnished, creating a comfortable yet sophisticated ambiance. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with modern appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space. The dining table seats 4, and there are 2 bar stools. The first bedroom is a retreat in itself, offering a spacious layout with a king-sized bed. It is located on the first floor. Also located on the first floor is a bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom features fairway views with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed. Bedroom 3 also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, the villa features a private deck with seating for 6 overlooking fairway views of the George Fazio golf course. Turnberry villas come with access to wonderful community amenities such as a salt water pool, pavilion, playground, and a short bike or Dunes Buggy ride to the 3-mile stretch of our pristine beach. The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beaches through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts.
