Fifth floor ( top floor ) condo over looks court yard and pool. This amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout spans 1200 sq ft, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed, 2 queen beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for convenient meal preparation for you and your guests. Condo features washer/dryer located in the condo, WIFI, and two living room areas, and big-screen Smart TVs provide all the comforts of home. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a king-size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers 2 queen beds. For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore. Pack n Play and bedrail also available for guests with younger children. As a thoughtful touch, starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent. Parking is a breeze with free space available for 2 cars per reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older. Your privacy is prioritized with an interior entry featuring a security scanner. Detailed check in information will be sent the day prior to arrival.
