Shorewood 403- Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo

With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 403 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via the private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great vacay condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location on the property was great. We could watch dolphins swim morning and night from our balcony, close to pool and beach as well. The pool area is wonderful as well. The location was also close walking or biking to Coligny plaza shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean. The master bath could use some attention to fix the shower doors and have some towel hooks on the back of the door. Property management was very responsive for questions. I’d definitely recommend to others or stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was exactly as described. Although it was a bit musty smelling upon arrival, the rental was clean. There was an adequate supply of dishes, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Bedding was clean and there were enough towels for our stay. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance to food and entertainment, and various bike paths.The views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and deck were fabulous. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third stay at Shorewood. We love the location, pool, beach access and we always meet the nicest families during our stay. Unfortunately they were putting a new roof on our unit’s building so the sidewalk access to the pool and beach was blocked most of the week. Though we understood it was a safety issue, it was an annoyance. The unit was great, lovely view. I will say it would be nice to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and better pear knives for cutting fruits and vegetables. Minor things to complain about but overall we had a great experience!

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location, great pool and privacy and Seashore Vacations is the best. Unit 403 is nice but in need of renovations. Looking like a tired rental property. Needs paint, new furniture and general sprucing up to match the current cost of Ocean Front rentals. Could be a gem with some effort. They actually had duct tape holding down the floor transition from the hall to master bedroom. Won’t rent this unit again until updates made. Loved Seashores use of VayKGear. Great experience with them ! !!!

Hilton Head Oceanfront & convenient

This property is located walking distance to the shops & restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Shorewood is a nice property - well maintained, nice pool, & OCEANFRONT! Unit 403 has been updated as much as possible within the constraints of the original floor plan. Clean & functional with a comfortable king-size master bed.

4 MOTHER'S LONG WEEKEND TRIP

4 longtime friends celebrated mothers day with a long weekend before we went home to our kids. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and the close location to many restaurants and shopping. We rode bikes everywhere we needed to go. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We was a late check in. Picking up our information was no problem. The only issue we had was there was no gate code given to us to access our condo. we had to call and get the code when we got to the gate. I am thankful the after hours person was able to help with code. The view from the living room and the balcony was so beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee every morning sitting out on the balcony. The beach was not to crowded in out area. Tiki hut is a short distance to get a drink and had live music. We definitely will be back.

We were delighted to find someone with a unit available and willing to rent for a 3-day stay! Property was great! Unit was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Nice pool and convenient beach access. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony during sunrise and sunset. Only downside - the light colored living room furniture was worn and soiled. I would suggest the owners consider slipcovers.

The living room furniture definitely needs replaced! There's no support in either the coaches or chairs and I had a backache every night. My other complaint, common in most condos, is living room lighting. Three way lamps with one way bulbs. Hard to do serious reading or crafts at night.
