The property was updated to include new laminate flooring, furnishings and a renovated kitchen! The living area features comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa and loveseat, as well as a flat screen TV. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and is open to the galley kitchen. The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal for your guests. Both bedrooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles. Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults. Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog. \*Please contact Sunset Rentals to pay pet fee. Guests of Ocean Breeze and Treetops have access to complex tennis courts and 3 complex pools. You’re also just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach and Coligny plaza, which features shops, dining and entertainment! Loved the layout of the unit and it has a very private feeling backyard (especially given the number of units in the community) with a nice private deck off the two upstairs bedrooms.
