Adding one more person, older than 10 years old makes it very tight and cluttered. The bunk beds are very narrow and short (only for a small kid) - smaller than regular size bunk beds. This unit has persistent plumbing issues - would take at least 25 minutes to refill a toilet tank. We could see the ocean from our balcony. It is on the first floor and on the end of the complex closest to the ocean, so just a short walk to the beach! Parking is very easy and right by the room.
