Wonderful location to beach
Nice home. Functional but not overly fancy. 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Two king rooms perfect for husband & self & brother-in-law. Plus, extra bunk room didn’t use. Two king rooms have own bathrooms. Bunk room has to was bathroom on other side of house. Dog friendly too.

Great stay!
Our family of six loved our stay at this property! It was exactly as listed, beach access was very close, and we loved the fenced yard with the pool. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, and the host had beach towels, chairs, a beach wagon ext which was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location and house! Beautiful pool area!
We absolutely loved this property. It was just a few minute walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and a great size. We brought our 2 dogs with us. The entire back area was fenced in which was great. The house layout was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked with anything you could need for the kitchen, pool, and beach. It was very easy to communicate with the property managers. We would definitely love to rent this house again for a future stay!

Great House in Sea Pines!
We really loved the layout of the house. Three couples and each had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! The living room was a great place to gather around to watch movies and play games. The house sat 4 rows back from the beach-a short 2-3 minute walk. The home was very clean and the shed out back had a wagon, beach chairs and several pool toys. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Bikes were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was very nice and spacious. Nicely decorated and I loved they didn't just use all white towels in the bathrooms. We lived that it was waking distance to the beach and it had a pool at the house. I lived that it was not far from restaurants so it was an easy drive to get there. I wish we could've stayed one more day. The only thing that I wish the cleaning fees was not so high and it also would've been nice to have gotten some of the fees back if the place was left in good condition. I've rented other vacation rentals and I normally get at least the deposit fees back. I loved that the owners responded to questions I had before we got there. Plus Jessica gave me great suggestions on things to do and see while we were there. I would definitely book this property again. It felt like we had our own section of the beach. My family and i had s great time and can't wait to go back to make me memories.

The house was clearly a home—tasteful furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. The walk to the beach was close by and lovely as well. And the neighborhood was beautiful. We were delighted!

HHI vacation at Laughing Gull Road
The property was as advertised and the property managers (Sea Pines Rentals) were great to work with. The unit was spacious and 'southern leisure' at its best. A small snafu with the grill was resolved with alacrity and professionalism by the property manager, Jessica. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer (and a little warmer ... April is the cruelest month)

Had a great stay in HHI. The property was in a great spot in Sea Pines….very close to the beach and a short ride to restaurants. Bike rides everyday on the beach and to get meals were very enjoyable. House was as advertised. Had everything we needed. Loved our week in HHI!

Very nice great location
Everything from booking to getting checked in to the pet sheets that were provided and the house itself it was a great overall stay. The kitchen was well stocked but kind of disorganized. Little disappointed with the ice maker the one with the fridge was broke and the built in one was very slow in producing ice. The grill could use some updating but overall everything was good.

Great house in Sea Pines
Everything you need to enjoy time in Hilto Head and the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet. Having the pool in the backyard is an added bonus.

Fabulous House
We have visited Hilton Head 3 times and always stayed in different houses in Sea Pines. We have already booked this house for two weeks next summer. Need I say more! The location to the beach and house/ pool was perfect. Jessica was a great host. We loved it!

Great accommodations for our multi-generation family vacation
Very clean house in a convenient location. Nice pool, great AC and just a short walk to the beach. Jessica was very responsive to questions prior and during our stay. Only minor concerns were 2 TV’s did not work and guests are expected to contact Spectrum to resolve. Bikes were not in good shape. Dry, rusty chains. Guests are expected to contact rental place to get replacements. Think these things should be checked out before guest arrival. Overall, a very positive experience.

In having guests call Spectrum, we eliminate user error 99% of the time. This one was not, but has been fully resolved after a service call. Bikes have been replaced. Thanks Russell-we'd be happy to have you stay again.

Great find, will definitely come back to Sea Pines!
The place was very nice, perfect size for our group, the outdoor space was nice with the pool. The mosquitos were definitely biting by the pool but that is not really avoidable. The wi-fi instructions were not accurate but we managed to figure it out and notified the owner, so that should be updated for the next guest. Some of the bathrooms were a little small without much counter space but that was not a big deal. There were some ants on the kitchen counter but I think this is always going to happen near the beach. On a positive note, the location was perfect, it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach give or take. The common areas were nice, and big enough for our group of 8, there was a washer / dryer which came in handy, and it was really helpful that the storage closet by the table outside had a wagon / umbrella / chairs / sand toys / boogie boards, etc. This really made travel very easy as we didn't have to bring nearly as much. There were also a lot of glasses / plates etc., and I enjoyed having the ice machine as well! There were also 2 bikes out front which was great, although unfortunately we didn't get around to using them. Lastly, the owner was very helpful and responsive via email when I had questions after booking. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back to Sea Pines!

Perfect beach house
This was our second year staying here. The floors have been upgraded, and are beautiful. As always everything you need is provided for cooking, lots of pool toys, beach towels and chairs, and 2 bikes. Very close quick walk to the beach, which makes it so easy with kids. The outdoor shower is an added bonus for rinsing off that sand. The beach is also not crowded at all (we go first week in June each year) and always lovely. Owners are always friendly, and quick to get back with you if needed. Would highly recommend this house!

Great homey feeling house. Carpet is being replaced soon and was our only complaint. The surrounding homes were quiet and people were very welcoming. We saw deer on the beach and just enjoyed the private beach area. Would definitely visit again!

Perfect Location, Peaceful and Just Like Home
From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision, renting this beautiful property in Sea Pines. The home is open and spacious...with a beautiful master suite and bath. The home is a very, and I mean VERY, short walk to the beach...and we were able to stay there with our 3-year-old mini-golden doodle, who loved the home as well. We have nothing but positive things to say about the property - the back patio was nice on warmer days...bikes were available for use, as were beach chairs for the ocean trips. We'd gladly stay here again!

Fantastic Location
This was a great house for our Thanksgiving gathering - SO close to the beach! I have stayed at "oceanfront" hotels that had longer walks to the shore. I had brought kitchen supplies I thought I might need - mixer, casserole dishes, etc - but they were all supplied there! Wonderful gathering area for games and jigsaw puzzles, plus a generous deck/pool area for outdoor time. Beds/bedding were very comfortable.

What a memorable week in Hilton Head. The home was lovely and the location was convenient to the beach and the bike/walking trails. We especially liked the pool after a few hours on the beach. It was easy to social distance because the beach wasn’t over crowded. We plan to come back next year!

Great pet-friendly beach house
Our family of five and puppy had a great week at this house. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We usually stay at a resort and we all agreed that even though we were not ON the beach, this was a shorter walk than from our rooms at a beach-front resort. The pool was larger than it appeared in the photos, plenty of room for our children to swim. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and grilling equipment. We would definitely stay again.

Charming Home with Easy Beach Access and Great Pool!
Our group of 4 adults and 1 pup had an excellent week vacationing at this cute and spacious home in Sea Pines! When we arrived, it was even better than we anticipated, as the pictures don’t do it justice. Every morning we would start our day with a very easy walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunrise. In addition to spending days at the beach, we enjoyed swimming in the pool that was well fenced in so our pup could hang out with us! We rode the bikes the house included, as well as rented 2 more, around Sea Pines and to South Beach Marina. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a great week in Hilton Head. Thank you Jessica for providing an easy experience to the vacation rental and for your timely communications!

Dorian interuption!!
This house was great, I loved having that little den area away from the living room. Nice hideaway! The only small thing that needed repaired was a transition bar between the master bedroom and bath (the carpet tack strip was exposed and those little nails hurt!!!) - We placed a rug over to prevent getting cut. With the small interruption for the "Dorian" storm in the middle of the week (we only lost 1 day) Everything was great!!!

We really enjoyed our 9 days in this house. Jessica was very helpful and responded promptly. The house is very comfortable, had everything we needed and was super clean on arrival. The 2 bikes were a great bonus. But the beat part is the location. The house is very close to the beach. The beach area is very quiet (which is great) but only a short walk to the beach club. It is also an easy jog or bike ride to the forest preserve. We will definitely rent again.

The home is a wonderful and ideal location to the beach. It would have been nice to have the patio area cleaned up from the winter weather and ready to use. The pool was cleaned twice during our one week stay but the temperature of the was probably not turned on so we could not use it. The two bikes were nice but a few more seem appropriate for a three bedroom, three bath home. The ice maker is very loud and it made sleeping difficult for all of us. We couldn't get the door locks to lock.

Thanks so much for your comments and feedback. Rest assured the patio is cleaned prior to each arrival, the property was simply vacant a few days prior to your stay. Being a nature preserve, there are many trees and leaves every day in Sea Pines. This is part of the beauty. We will address the ice maker and would have been happy to do so while you were here had you mentioned the issue to us. We could have assisted with the lock at the same time. It is a digital keypad and is tricky for some folks. Again, we appreciate your stay and feedback. Even negative points help us improve the quality of each guests' experience.

Perfect beach house for us! Close to ocean and Sea Pines’ glorious bike trails!
A very positive experience. Everything was perfectly arranged for my arrival. I enjoyed the enclosed veranda and pool area. Kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were all ideal. Lovely, short walk to the beach. And the added bonus of two bicycles provided. The location provided a perfect blend of seclusion and ease of access to all areas of the island.

Beautiful roomy house steps from the beach!
This house in Sea Pines was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and nicely decorated. It's proximity to the beach, South Beach, and Harbour Town was just what we were looking for. I loved how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Plenty of privacy if traveling with other families. We only had one small complaint and that was that the third bedroom's beds were not big enough to fit adults comfortably. Maybe swap out the regular sized twins for XL twins? I still give this house 5 stars though, great house in a wonderful neighborhood!
