This beautiful 3-4 bedroom home features its own private pool and a quiet little path to a semi-private section of Hilton Head's famous white sand beach. Enjoy the beautiful outside deck space when relaxing or entertaining. The open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and tasteful updates make this property ideal for family vacations or travelling with friends. Sleeping arrangements include two king master suites, and a pair of twin beds and a bunk bed in the large 3rd bedroom. There is also a den with a queen sized sleeper sofa in it.

Centrally located on the ocean side of North Sea Pines Drive, this property comes with free bikes for exploring the Sea Pines Forest Preserve, biking to Harbor Town to take in the shops, marina, water sports or the South Beach Village-home of the Salty Dog cafe. Another plus is your free pass to the fitness center-- with a variety of scheduled classes. This home is pet friendly for folks who travel responsibly with their dog. Wonderful location to beach
Nice home. Functional but not overly fancy. 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Two king rooms perfect for husband & self & brother-in-law. Plus, extra bunk room didn’t use. Two king rooms have own bathrooms. Bunk room has to was bathroom on other side of house. Dog friendly too.

Our family of six loved our stay at this property! It was exactly as listed, beach access was very close, and we loved the fenced yard with the pool. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, and the host had beach towels, chairs, a beach wagon ext which was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location and house! Beautiful pool area!
We absolutely loved this property. It was just a few minute walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and a great size. We brought our 2 dogs with us. The entire back area was fenced in which was great. The house layout was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked with anything you could need for the kitchen, pool, and beach. It was very easy to communicate with the property managers. We would definitely love to rent this house again for a future stay!

Great House in Sea Pines!
We really loved the layout of the house. Three couples and each had their own private bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! The living room was a great place to gather around to watch movies and play games. The house sat 4 rows back from the beach-a short 2-3 minute walk. The home was very clean and the shed out back had a wagon, beach chairs and several pool toys. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Bikes were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was very nice and spacious. Nicely decorated and I loved they didn't just use all white towels in the bathrooms. We lived that it was waking distance to the beach and it had a pool at the house. I lived that it was not far from restaurants so it was an easy drive to get there. I wish we could've stayed one more day. The only thing that I wish the cleaning fees was not so high and it also would've been nice to have gotten some of the fees back if the place was left in good condition. I've rented other vacation rentals and I normally get at least the deposit fees back. I loved that the owners responded to questions I had before we got there. Plus Jessica gave me great suggestions on things to do and see while we were there. I would definitely book this property again. It felt like we had our own section of the beach. My family and i had s great time and can't wait to go back to make me memories.

The house was clearly a home—tasteful furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. The walk to the beach was close by and lovely as well. And the neighborhood was beautiful. We were delighted!

HHI vacation at Laughing Gull Road
The property was as advertised and the property managers (Sea Pines Rentals) were great to work with. The unit was spacious and 'southern leisure' at its best. A small snafu with the grill was resolved with alacrity and professionalism by the property manager, Jessica. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer (and a little warmer ... April is the cruelest month)

Great week in Sea Pines
Had a great stay in HHI. The property was in a great spot in Sea Pines….very close to the beach and a short ride to restaurants. Bike rides everyday on the beach and to get meals were very enjoyable. House was as advertised. Had everything we needed. Loved our week in HHI!
