Fantastic ocean views from this recently remodeled one bedroom villa in the heart of Hilton Head Island. Beautiful kitchen with full sized stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Bathroom features a full stand up shower and 2 showerheads. Cozy bedroom with comfy queen bed and flat screen TV. New pocket door in the bedroom leaving lots of space. Living room features a queen sleeper and large flat screen TV. Cable and WiFi included.

The villa is located in Seaside, an ocean front complex in walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and entertainment.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Even though it’s a small 1 bedroom condo, it’s close to everything you want or need. Beach, restaurants, stores (including grocery), pool, watering holes, music, etc. great balcony with nice chairs to enjoy beach, sunrise and sunset.

Everything was exactly as described online. Perfect for a couple's retreat. Parking lot, elevator and unit location are very convenient. Balcony is a good size with excellent new patio furniture with a great view of the ocean. Beach is only a few minutes' walk from unit. Conveniently located to nearby Coligny Plaza. Excellent and quick communication with Kendall. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others,

The room is very nice but it is small but I knew that from the reviews and it was fine for just the two of us. Lots of places in walking distance was nice My only complaint would not be about the room or property but there is a public beach access at the property which made the beach very crowded.

We loved this property. It was my spouse, my adult son, and me. They space is a little small but worked well for us as we rarely spend a lot of time in our room. It had everything we needed. I loved that they had beach chairs so we didn’t have to worry about bringing them. If you have small kids it has bunk beds for the kiddos. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay again.
