This is an incredible house, with excellent owners. Quiet neighborhood, very clean and just a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely come back to stay.

Wonderful time

This property is beautiful! Everything about our stay and communication from the owners was wonderful. It is centrally located in Sea Pines and in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous Sea Pines Property

Awesome home in beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Modern, immaculate, and spacious. Near beach and other HHI destinations. Plenty of space inside the home for a family, with lagoon in backyard. It was fun to observe the wildlife around the lagoon area during our stay! Many thoughtful and convenient touches throughout the rental. Communication with host was very prompt and easy. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit HHI!

Perfect stay in HHI

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Home is perfect for 6 of us , very quiet street & very convenient to everything Inc the town & beach . Michelle , the owner is very attentive to all our needs , easy to communicate with with quick responses . We are definitely going to be back & stay here again.

Great stay

We enjoyed the house very much. It was perfect for us and our two dogs. The pond outback gave us Interesting birds turtles and an alligator to watch. Owner was super responsive. Would love to go back!

Great week and family time.

We typically go to Destin every year but my son graduated college and asked to go somewhere different. We had a fabulous week. House was perfect for all of us - including my daughter and her husband and my son and his girlfriend. Everything we needed - close to beach, pickle ball courts and restaurants. We never left Sea Pines. We will be back!

Great getaway house

Location perfect for us at ~10-15 bike ride to the beach, just a short walk/ride to the quiet community pool, and restaurants available on doordash. Property itself with a fantastic, clean, and had a restful outdoor area with lagoon views -- a few alligators spotted. Really enjoyed working with the property owner in preparation for and during the trip as well.

Our favorite place in Sea Pines!

This was our second year staying at this property. It's an excellent location in Sea Pines - close to the beach, Harbour Town, and the Beach Club. The house is well decorated and has everything you need for a perfect week. The sun room off the main bedroom is so special and we just didn't want to leave. Thank you for another wonderful vacation to Hilton Head!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful on the inside and nicely laid out. The upstairs room with 2 beds was a perfect set up for the older kids. Great location in Sea Pines. Owners were very nice to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly.

Updated house in quiet neighborhood

Loved the open layout and updated kitchen. House was clean and well appointed in quiet neighborhood. Master suite was very quiet and included attached sun room and huge closet. Loved being in walking distance to pool and short bike ride to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter get away

We have never stayed in Sea Pines when visiting HHI. The house was open and very clean. Great kitchen! Beach was about a 10 minute bike ride. Beach club and beach were excellent and also clean.

Family Holiday

The property was terrific. Great location and perfect size/layout for our group. The sunroom off the primary bedroom is a great spot for a quiet read, card game, or to catch up on some work if you have to. The lagoon behind the house is a nice feature and afforded lots of bird watching entertainment. The house was just as the pictures described. Host was super responsive, which was notable since she, herself, was on holiday. We highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood biking distance from anywhere. The house is cozy, nicely decorated, and very functional. In addition to the living room, there is a beautiful sunroom adjacent to the main bedroom where you can read or make puzzles. We really enjoyed it. The neighborhood has a tennis court. We enjoyed our stay at the house. The owners where super nice.

Outstanding!

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to share with our adult child and her family. The location was in walking distance to the playground, pool, and tennis/pickle ball courts (all of which are nice). The house is well equipped, beautiful, and the owner is so helpful. We also loved the location because it was a reasonable bike ride for adults and kids to the beach, Harbor Town, and South beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful place for our family to reconnect.

Perfect Place to Stay!

This is a wonderful, spacious home with equally wonderful owners. The entire process and experience was fantastic. Small added touches like a welcome basket, welcome and check-in texts from Michelle make it all the better! Location is perfect bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club or South Beach. Close to all the island has to offer. Added bonus was the quietness of the neigjborhood----except for the frogs and birds that serenaded us to sleep every night. This place is worth every penny!

Awesome house and host

House was as advertised. Clean, great location in a Quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very proactive and communication was super easy. We were here during an unbelievable heat wave which was causing the AC to struggle keeping up. The hosts noticed and had technicians scheduled before we even noticed! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house in perfect location

This house is in a perfect location in Sea Pines and just a bike ride away from all of the local attractions. It is also a great little neighborhood to walk dogs. It was very shady so the asphalt did not burn their paws. We saw a few alligators and so many beautiful birds flying by out back. House was clean. Beautifully decorated, and had comfortable beds. We did not cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. The welcome basket with toiletries, coffee and wine was a very nice surprise. Our first trip to Hilton Head will definitely not be our last.

Amazing home! This is the one!!

Wow!! This gorgeous home was all it appeared to be in pictures and more! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were so comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with items to make meals! Owners were so friendly, organized and welcoming and we had everything we needed upon arrival, gate passes and numbers to rent bikes., etc. We would absolutely stay here again! Our only suggestion would be to add couple more chairs for the family room and maybe a dresser in the upstairs for storage of packed clothes. Thanks for making our week so special! This house will forever be a part of our family memories.

Peaceful Stay

Very peaceful place. Our family really enjoyed the sun room off the master bedroom, the back porch overlooking the pond, and the great room. We could all be together in these places. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so there is a lower chance that teens will fight for shower time. We cooked almost every meal in the kitchen which has modern appliances and is well-supplied, and used the grill several times. All work great. The entire Sea Pines community is great. Beach was easily accessible by bike and we also used the trolley service to get us there. You can bring the dog to the beach after hours--ours loved it.
