About this property

Salty Sand-Close to the pool, steps to the beach!

  • Modern, updated, ocean-view villa overlooking the pool from the front door and the ocean from the patio. Recently renovated with plank floors and shaker cabinets, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and two child sized bunks.

    Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property.

    We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
