Great for couples! Welcome to our beautiful home in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island! Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre community with private neighborhoods, a resort, forest preserve with horse stables/petting zoo (a favorite for kids), PGA Tour golf course, marina and town center with shopping and dining options. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, tennis, pickleball, beaches, sightseeing, biking, walking trails and fun to keep you busy during your stay on the island. We do not have a pool on-site, but you have access to the South Beach Pool during your stay. Spend your sunny days biking through trails, or having the round of your life (we hope) at one of Hilton Head's 26 golf courses. If it rains, we've left you plenty of books and a few board games to pass the time. There's also a few outlet malls in Bluffton within a 20-minute drive of the house. Our home is newly renovated with new landscaping, new fans/lighting, new flooring throughout, freshly painted, all new furniture, appliances and amenities. This home is located near the entrance of the gate yet is on a cul de sac with a completely private back yard which abuts conservation land behind where you will see deer running through the woods on a daily basis. Deck is complete with a bar, outdoor sofa, gas firepit, grill, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table (that seats 8), we're confident you'll think this house is paradise. Sleeps 6-8 (3 bedrooms): 2 kings, 1 queen and a queen sized air mattress available if needed. Each bedroom has a smart TV and a closet with 2 luggage racks. Master bedroom also has a full bath. \*Master bedroom does have skylights with no shades on them. May not be suitable if young children are sleeping in the master. All other windows in bedrooms have blackout curtains and we have 2 sound machines available. Dining: Breakfast bar seats 3 and dining table seats 8\. Outdoor dining table also seats 8. The kitchen comes stocked with tons of herbs/spices, appliances (waffle maker, crockpot, blender, Nutribullet, etc), pots/pans, plenty of kitchen utensils/dishware, and plasticware for kids. Start your day with a cup of coffee your way: we have a Keurig, a Nespresso, french press, drip coffee maker, and cold brew bags. There's also plenty of amazing local coffee shops in the area to try (we'll send these to you after you book along with other restaurants in the area). Message us with any questions! We love the Sea Pines area and we're confident you will too! We aim to keep our service fee as low as possible. This fee covers all of our expenses to keep the house up to our standards for our guests, including our cleaning fee. We insist on having the entire bedding cleaned between each guest, so our cleaning fee reflects that, and the standard cleaning of linens and sanitization of the house after each stay. The nearest beach is Coligny which is a 10 minute bike ride (2 miles). Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer. Beach chairs, yoga mats, pickle ball paddles, corn hole, bluetooth speaker, and cooler provided. Parking: Sea Pines is a gated community that charges a daily entrance fee to guests who aren't staying there. It had everything we needed. The back deck was a bonus since we love chilling out outdoors. The location is close to everything. What a Sea Pines gem! Great location, easy bike ride to great restaurants. Being close to the Sea Pines gate its very quick to get to many restaurants, shops and Coligny beach by bike or car yet feels secluded, quiet and relaxing within Sea Pines, relaxing back yard with beautiful view of woods and deer! we biked to the Salty Dog which took 20 mins each way, scenic flat ride to the beach. This house has been renovated well with luxury bedding, immaculately stocked kitchen, great coffee machine, all we needed was there! We used the pool pass at the large heated pool in Harbor town. Wow - Where do I begin! This property had it all. The location is unbeatable. We have stayed at a lot of properties in Sea Pines before and this one was by far the nicest home and the most convenient location. The house was very clean and everything was brand new including the comfortable mattresses. We didn't need for a thing in the kitchen because it was fully stocked with every last detail and they offered a lot of little extras as well. Every room was delightfully decorated with coastal care and our favorite spot was the spacious and peaceful back porch. It too was nicely furnished and even had a firepit. This was our first VRBO vs. hotel and the PERFECT rental for our week-long stay - two couples plus one - for a specular wedding celebration and vacation. This home has everything for a comfortable stay. It's lovely and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and GREAT beds. We enjoyed the huge deck overlooking a serene wooded area, bird watching and deer spotting. You can't beat the location just inside the Sea Pines main gate. You can get to everything from the airport and other resorts to the Sea Pines attractions within about 15 minutes. Beyond the main gate there's access to every convenience (two grocery stores, two Starbucks, two drug stores, and a variety of terrific local restaurants). Last but not least, Rob and Lisa are wonderful and responsive hosts. We appreciated their pre-arrival communication, the thorough house information, and their recommendations to enjoy HHI. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next visit! ##### Michael W. I’ve stayed at multiple different places but we enjoyed this house for several reasons. 1\. Location: For this trip we decided to rent bikes only, no car. The house is tucked away on a cul de sac with a totally private backyard. We were able to easily and quickly ride our bikes to the grocery store and some of our favorite restaurants right outside the Sea Pines gate (Reilley’s, Nectar, One Hot Mamas). We also rode our bikes to Coligny Beach and walked on the beach, then road down back through Sea Pines. The island has bike trails everywhere and we never once regretted not renting a car. In fact, we plan on renting just bikes again next time. 2\. Well stocked: the house had everything we needed. It had cooking spray/oils, spices, pots/pans (didn’t use much but nice to have), multiple coffee maker options, tons of glasses/cups/dinnerware, appliances, etc. 3\. Cleanliness: self explanatory… house was in great condition 4\. Extras: there were yoga mats/blocks, pickleball paddles, corn hole, gas fire pit, new grill, pool passes, outdoor lounge chairs/couch/bar/table, etc. Great for a group of friends or couple! Also seemed kid friendly though we didn’t have any kids with us. Thanks Lisa and Rob, we had a great time and can’t wait to come back ##### Kyle S.
