Recently Renovated with Open Concept! One of the best in Queens Grant!

This absolutely fantastic villa is located within the Queens Grant Community in Palmetto Dunes.

The kitchen was completely renovated and is now an open concept! All appliances are high-quality stainless steel and the cabinets are custom tailored. The dining and living areas are well appointed, with the living room featuring a flat screen TV and access to the private deck. There is a gas grill on the deck with so you can dine out on your private patio over looking Robert Trent Jones golf course.

The Primary bedroom features a King bed with flat screen TV and access to the private deck. The second bedroom consists of one Queen and one Twin with a flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have been completely updated! The Primary bathroom has a custom tiled shower while the guest bathroom has a custom tiled tub/shower combo.

The views are over the top! From your private deck, you will have views of the 1st hole of Robert Trent Jones and also the Driving Range and practice areas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Palmetto Dunes. It was so convenient and beautiful. However, we arrived at this unit and there were 2 used towels in the master bathroom that was a turn off. Also, the bedding in this unit could be replaced. The sheets were worn. Other than these two issues, the unit was fine. Was disappointed with the dirty towels - maybe the cleaning person just forgot to take them out? We should have said something to the front desk but didn't want to start off the trip complaining.

Nice Resort

Fun and friendly resort with plenty of amenities and easy access to the beach. Will definitely return with family and friends on future trips to HHI.
