Or drive to the Beach Trolley lot for complementary shuttle service to the Beach Club. BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, less than 5 minutes by car from Black Tern. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers or any kind. PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans will have to pay the fine) and must be crated when left alone in the property. No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house. PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. We would see deer and birds daily right out the windows that span the entire backside of the house. We walked our dogs daily between 5-10 miles and this location was perfect for a walk down the beach and a walk back on the path. The living room, dining room and Master bedroom overlook an untouched grassey marsh where we can look at Egrets, geese, deer etc... And it is only a ten minute walk to the beach. Met some nice neighbors along the way. We come to Hilton Head to relax and this home is set up for just that with a comfortable, welcoming environment for reading by the pool or in the living room overlooking nature. A well-stocked welcome basket had yummy snacks to tide us over until we made it to the grocery store. (Even had a nice dog treat for our Charlie!) Immaculately clean.
