Enjoy one of the best oceanfront views anywhere on Hilton Head Island. This nicely appointed two bedroom oceanfront condominium is focused on comfortability and accentuating the wonderful views. The primary bathroom was just renovated in February 2024. The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and newer appliances. The kitchen will come fully-equipped, making cooking meals a breeze! The kitchen bar seats a couple guests. There is an all-in-one laundry machine in the kitchen closet as well. The dining and living areas are just beyond the kitchen, all with oceanfront views. The dining area comfortably seats six guests. The living area consists of an HDTV, ample comfortable furniture and a large slider out to your private oceanfront balcony! A sleeper sofa is here as well. The primary bedroom is on the left side of the condominium and features a king bed, HDTV and a newly renovate primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has been gorgeously updated with a custom floor-to-ceiling tile shower! On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is nicely done with its custom-tiled tub and shower combination. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not being able to check in or use any of the facilities until 4pm, despite the unit being clean and unoccupied was frustrating. We had been traveling since early AM. We were told the resort shuttle ran THROUGH Sept only to find out it had stopped running. This left us with no transportation and had to scramble to find a car rental. The employees at check in were pleasant, but not terribly helpful with both the late check in and the miscommunication re the on site trolley service. Definitely needed a car, as the resort is massive. The unit we rented was clean but very dated, especially the bathrooms. The beach and view from our balcony were 5 star! ##### julia d. Location the precise 414 residence was somewhat more difficult as there are no external identification designations for 414 which are easily located. Amenities were fine, view was excellent, furnishings were excellent with exception of very poor quality paper towels and toilet tissue. Residence was quiet.
