Beyond the living room is an eat-in kitchen that seats 6, overlooks the pool, and is open to the family room. To the right is an exquisite chef’s kitchen that includes a double oven perfect for holiday cooking, a large refrigerator, two sinks with garbage disposals, and it is fully equipped. The open floor plan includes a large family room with a 65” smart TV, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and plenty of seating for family gatherings. 

To the left is a hall that leads to the primary bedroom which includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and a seating area with a chaise lounge ideal for reading, having coffee, or simply enjoying the view. The bedroom has access to the back porch, which is being updated over the next few months and will include access to the private pool, which will be completed by the end of January 2024.

As you leave the bedroom you will pass two large walk-in closets on either side that lead to the primary bathroom, which includes a large soaking tub, a beautiful private rainforest shower, two individual vanities, and a skylight that brings in beautiful natural light. 

As you walk past the kitchen to the right and down the hall you come across the second bedroom that includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a shower bath, and a door that opens to the hall. Down the hall to the left is the laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a utility sink. 

As you leave the laundry room to your left is a short flight of stairs that lead to the third bedroom which includes a king-size bed, a twin bunk bed, a crib available (linens not included for crib), a smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom en-suite with tub/shower combo.

Things to Know

*The total number of vehicles allowed is five, three in the driveway and two in the garage. The town prohibits parking on the street or unimproved surfaces such as grass or pine straw.
*Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. 
*Pets are not allowed.
*4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24 
*7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
*Update - Construction on the back porch and new private pool starts in October and ends in January 2024 - including a back porch with stairs leading down to the private pool. 
*This property is in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and a car pass is required for every vehicle. Your reservation includes 2 car passes. Any additional car passes can be requested AFTER booking for $26 each + taxes. The number of car passes that can be issued for the property is based on how many vehicles are allowed. 
Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
