HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Gorgeous 2, 3, and 4 bedroom two-story villas are attractively decorated and have open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, skylights, decks, and screened porches. On-site amenities include private pool, spa, bath house, and children's pool. Located near Arthur Hills golf course, Barrington and Windsor Place oceanfront villas. *Pool and spa heated seasonally. Please confirm dates with Island Getaway.

This 2nd floor, coastal-style villa is just moments from the beach with serene lagoon views off the back patio. The living room has expansive windows offering lots of natural light, vaulted ceiling, large wall-mounted smart TV, sectional sofa and two chairs. Off the living room is the dining area with table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and additional bar seating for four. The patio door off the back of the living and dining area leads to a deck overlooking the lagoon with beautiful views of Lowcountry wildlife. There is an electric grill on porch.

The master bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted smart TV, views of the lagoon, and private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom features two double beds, smart TV, and bathroom with tub/shower combination.

This Huntington villa offers the best of both worlds – so close to the ocean you can smell the salt air, but setback just enough to enjoy your own serenity on the lagoon.

*Parking is limited to three parking spots. We are not able to order more than three parking passes per reservation. *

Poorly maintained & cleaned

Poorly cleaned - dusty vents, fans & woodwork, stained & threadbare linens & extra pillows, lots of mold in primary shower, rings in toilet bowls, dirty stove top and lower storage drawer. Unit needs walls & paint cleaned & repainted. We had one dish towel & one oven mitt (which hadn’t been washed). Some non-stick cookware needs replacement. Had to have coffee maker replaced during stay. Cleaning maintenance issues reported to property management, but never received a reply, although they did send a replacement coffeemaker promptly. Really a shame about this unit because the location is beautiful and so close and convenient to the beach & shopping.

Family vacation

My husband and I brought my son and granddaughter for the week. The condo was tastefully decorated and furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the location is an easy walk from the beach.

Beautiful condo close to the beach

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. We really loved the patio space, family room, and the chairs for the beach! Perfect location for a quiet trip with beach access.
